SPECT scan of STEPBrain

GM and WM chambers are filled with solutions with different concentrations of 99mTc-pertechnetate (4:1) to replicate physiological tracer uptake differences between these two tissues.

SPECT images were obtained using a two-head SPECT camera (Siemens e-cam)
